you’re totally burnt out.
As Seth Godin says – if you can’t swim – you make a lousy lifeguard!
Meaning your team and customers will not get the experience and attention they deserve.
And in the worst-case scenario – you’ll no longer have either!
So your business must be built on strong foundations to provide the stability for your creativity to flow.
Allowing you to lean in to do the hard work required to grow something useful, cool and life-changing for both you and the people your business serves.
If your business can
1 – Sustain you and your team
2 – Provide greater and greater value to its community (a.k.a customers) over its lifetime
It will be profitable for you and your shareholders and give it the best chance of surviving and thriving for years to come.
