If you’re not sure whether it’s one for The Fixer, bring it to us anyway.
You’ll have a simple way to submit a Case whenever something comes up. Tell us what’s going on, share anything useful and we’ll take a look.
From there, we’ll work out the best way forward — whether that’s to Advise, Solve or Connect.
The Fixer operates on a fair-use basis and is designed for individual business questions, decisions, problems and opportunities as they arise.
It isn’t intended to replace an employee, ongoing consultancy or outsourced team. If something develops into substantial execution or ongoing work, we’ll always discuss that with you before any additional cost is incurred.
Your £1,000 covers 12 months of The Fixer and the advice and support that comes with it.
Sometimes the best way forward will involve additional work — whether that’s Ground Floor Group building or fixing something for you, or bringing in outside expertise. If there’s an additional cost, you’ll know and approve it before anything happens.
The Fixer is delivered by the Ground Floor Group, with Andrew closely involved in every Fixer Partner relationship and supported by the wider GFG team and network where needed.
The aim is simple: get the right mind or pair of hands onto whatever you bring us.
Near the end of your first year, we’ll sit down together, review how you’ve used The Fixer and invite you to continue if it makes sense for both of us.
There’s no automatic renewal.
